If you're on the fence just do it. As we were sitting on the couch at 8pm having a glass of wine while watching a movie my husband said it was the best money we ever spent. Our son previously took chronic short naps and was waking 5-6 times a night when we signed up and now takes three predictable length naps everyday. Hey, I'm Mica!

I'm Michaella, but you can call me Mica. I am the co-founder of Rested Mama, Happy Baby, mom of 2, and a successful business owner who (with Chelsae) generated a six-figure business in just the first year of business, to nearly half a million dollars by year two as a sleep coach. I am triple certified with a passion for leading families and building strong business foundations with my background in business development and marketing.

Hi there, I'm Chelsae!

I’m the other proud mama behind Rested Mama, Happy Baby. Previously, you could find me teaching elementary school & special education. As Mica mentioned, we created a unique pediatric sleep coaching business that has generated near half a million dollars in the first 2 years, but more importantly, helped over 2,000 families in the last 2 years alone. My super power of creating a great client experience is something I can't wait to share with you.

I spent the first 6 months of my daughter's life getting little to no sleep. Horrible naps, 4+ night feeds, zero routine. With a little bit of education and support from Chelsae, my daughter now loves her naps and has no trouble sleeping 12 hours a night, even now at 3.5 years old. I started working with RMHB again with my now 3 month old. He learned to self soothe so early and he's already been using those skills to sleep 10 to 12 hours at night.
